Magneto-optic SPR-based Biosensors

Magneto-optic surface plasmon resonance (SPR) based material are important in developing new type of sensors. In this work, I propose an Ag-rich Ti/Ag/Co/Au (air vs Helium) magneto-optic SPR (MOSPR) configuration and show 3 larger sensitivity over the conventional SPR configuration. The× sensor has huge potential to apply in many industries, including health care and meteorology, to name a few.
