摘要
With the widespread use of active rectifier, different control strategies including intelligent algorithms get preliminarily application in it, but the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) algorithm still dominates the control system. The high demanding of digital processor for online intelligent algorithms and the difficult searching for PID parameters disable the optimal performance of active rectifier. This paper proposes a new objective function for optimizing the PID control parameters using the offline evolutionary algorithm (EA) applied in the active rectifier. It starts with the construction of accurate system model, then introduces the conventional design PI parameters and points out its drawbacks. Subsequently, the optimizing process using EA is proposed in detail to make the PID controller become “plugand-play”, and its feasibility has been simulated and verified through the 5kW prototype.
