Synergetic reliability assessment of overall voltage level power system based on partition simplification

With the increasing complexity of the transmission/ substation/ distribution power system structure, the reliability of each system needs to be evaluated independently. This paper presents a comprehensive assessment method for the overall reliability of the transmission/ substation/ distribution power system. First, according to the structural characteristics of transmission/ substation/ distribution system, the transmission and substation system simplification method is proposed based on circuit partition and the distribution system simplification method is proposed based on taking switches as boundaries; then the simplified partition network topology graph is obtained. Second, according to the cooperation of transmission, substation and distribution system when a fault occurs, the synergetic reliability evaluation method of transmission, substation and distribution system is proposed. Finally, the correctness and practicality of this method is verified from a complicated transmission, substation and distribution system. The example shows that this method can provide more accurate reliability assessment results for the transmission/ substation/ distribution system and has a guiding significance for the overall reliability assessment of the system.
