Nitrogen-Doped porous carbon embedded Sn/SnO nanoparticles as high-performance lithium-ion battery anode

摘要
•A template method is proposed to construct 3D N-doped porous carbon embedded with Sn/SnO.•N heteroatoms can create more active sites to improve the capacity of electrode materials.•The 3D structure suppresses the aggregation of Sn/SnO particles and cushions the volume expansion.•The Sn/SnO@NC as anode electrodes exhibit an excellent cycle performance.
