A Systematic Analysis and capturing of Complete and Latent Fingerprints

Fingerprints recognition is now widely accepted for the identification of individuals and are widely adaptable to maintain the higher security in the end users system. Similar there are numbers of recognition and security systems such as face unlocking systems, numerical, alphabetical password unlocking systems are available in a large number of smart gadgets. The continues efforts going on by the researchers to improve acceptable the recognition and uplifting of fingerprints without loss of the originality of the fingerprints. The fingerprints which are captured or uplifted from the crime scene are called latent fingerprints. The biggest challenge is to extract the exact fingerprints from the overlapped fingerprints, blooded site captured fingerprints, and from the fabricated fingerprints. The tracking of criminals based on capture fingerprints that were uplifted from the crime scenes. Now a day’s accuracy has been improved and continued to provide the exact match despite the false or fabricated prints. During the fabrication, sometime unconsciously the fingerprints are left on the crime site may be bloody, muddy and slosh. This research paper shows the systematic representation, analysis and captures the fingerprints then by using matching techniques to present the correct results. The analysis is based on the latest research and valuable handout or additions of the researchers in terms of the assessment methods, techniques and use of the datasets FVC2002, FVC2004, NIST, etc, and issues faced.
