The Human Factor in the Qualitative Analysis of m-Health Delivery

This study contributes to the successful implementation of mobile health (m-health) projects by introducing an implementation approach based on qualitative data analysis. The approach looks into a solution for the continued failings of m-health initiatives in many countries and considers India for the field work. The qualitative approach includes a combination of text analysis and structured interviews, and leads to a governance framework facilitating recommendations for successful m-health implementation along seven specific areas.
