First Exploration for High Resolution Spaceborne P-band Synthetic Aperture Radar Imaging

摘要
Spaceborne P-band Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imaging suffers from a number of problems. Aiming to the squint factor and wide bandwidth, a novel “two-step” focusing algorithm is proposed for P-band space-borne spotlight SAR imaging in this paper, which integrates squint factor and wide bandwidth into the preprocessing stage, realizing satisfied two-dimensional compression. The experimental results on simulated data confirm the validity of the presented approach.
