摘要

•N2/O2 plasma treatment didn't affect the crystallinity and morphology of the samples.•N2/O2 plasma treatment slightly increased SBET and Vpore of the samples.•N2/O2 plasma treatment led to an increase in water sorption capacity.•Using N2 as plasma-generating gas decreased the acidity of samples while O2 increased.•N2 plasma-treated samples were resistant to the coke formation.
