摘要

•A CT-derived ventilation estimation method based on 4D CT image registration and supervoxels is proposed in this paper.•A formula for estimating ventilation within the supervoxel region is proposed.•Establish a constrained linear programming model to estimate the ventilation of each voxel.•Use the VAMPIRE dataset to analyze and compare our proposed lung ventilation estimation method.
