Ensemble framework based on attributes and deep features for benign-malignant classification of lung nodule

•An ensemble learning model (F-LSTM-CNN) for lung nodule classification is proposed.•The F-CNN module applies attribute features to lung nodule classification.•The F-LSTM module focuses on the important features by integrating and mapping attributes into the deep features.•Statistical analysis and comparative experiments demonstrate the superiority of the proposed model.
