Klippel Feil Syndrome presenting with tricuspid regurgitation and cardiopulmonary distress secondary to dysplastic thoracic cage and spine: A case report

•Klippel Feil syndrome is a rare disorder characterized by a triad of two or more cervical vertebrae fusion, a short neck, and a low hairline.•Patient may present with diverse symptoms and imaging and genetic testing can be helpful.•People with Klippel Feil Syndrome are at very high risk of severe spine injury as well as spinal stenosis.
