摘要
•Multiple homologous GCMs of CMIP5 and CMIP6 were compared using Taylor diagram.•Projected climate by CMIP5 and 6 was different but hydrological change was similar.•CMIP6 outperformed CMIP5 in simulating climate and hydrologic variables in general.•Elevated CO2, rainfall, & temperatures caused runoff increase & irrigation decrease.•Early emergence of crops and total biomass increase resulted in the boost of yields.
