摘要

•Moderate to high estimates of heritability for primal cut yields were reported.•Forty-three genome windows of 1.0 Mbp explained >1% of additive genetic variance.•355 protein-coding genes were found in the genome windows.•Functional annotation analysis found at least 31 candidate genes for carcass traits.•Neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathway was significant in functional analysis.
