摘要

•Dimethyl Fumarate (DMF) prevented development of ethanol-induced gastric ulcer.•Oral and intracecal DMF reduced disease acitivity score in DSS-induced colitis.•DMF (oral and local) reduced MCP-1, IL-1ß, IL-6 and oxidative stress in colon.•Oral and intracecal DMF reduced inflammation and fibrosis in inflammaed colon.•Oral DMF increased spleen weight, and intracecal DMF did not change it.
