摘要
The main aim of the study is to exhibit an antibacterial activity using copper nanoparticles against two bacterial pathogens such as Escherichia coli, and Staphylococcus aureus. Initially, Copper nanoparticles were synthesized by using the Asparagus racemosus root extract and the centrifuged copper nanoparticles were dried in normal room temperature for the future use. Then Ultra Violet analysis, X-ray Diffraction method, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy and Zeta potential were used to characterize for the confirmation of copper nanoparticles. The antibacterial activities were experimentally studied using two pathogens (Escherichia coli, and Staphylococcus aureus) and this result shows a very good antibacterial activity in biosynthesized copper nanoparticles.
