Crystal structure and microwave dielectric properties of LiNb0.6Ti0.5O3 ceramics with Zn and Nb co-doped

摘要
•LiNb0.6Ti(0.5-x)(Zn1/3Nb2/3)xO3 (x = 0.06) obtain the best dielectric properties:εr = 72.1, Q × f = 5370 GHz (at 4 GHz), τf = 3.52 ppm/°C.•Effects of ion doping on phase composition, microstructure, lattice vibration, and microwave dielectric properties of the LNT ceramic were investigated.•It is found that (Zn1/3Nb2/3)4+ co-substituted Ti4+ can reduce the sintering temperature of LNT ceramics.
