摘要
Transmetatarsal amputation (TMA) represents a chance to maintain ambulatory function for patients with significant distal tissue compromise. Successful revascularization is key to optimizing limb salvage for patients with chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI). We hypothesized that CLTI patients would experience better healing and functional outcomes with initial open revascularization than with endovascular revascularization when undergoing TMA.
