Pregnancy outcomes in Behçet's disease: Results from a monocentric cohort

•Studies on pregnancy outcomes in Behçet's disease (BD) patients are scarce. This study analyzed the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes in BD patients.•We observed an overall favorable rate of live births in BD women and a positive disease remission rate during pregnancy.•We hope these results could contribute to helping clinicians when giving appropriate counseling to a BD woman planning for a pregnancy.
