摘要

•The DFT calculation refined the extraction mechanism of the 4-NO2-B15C5/[BMIm][NTf2] system.•The 7Li abundance increased from 92.50% to 93.29% after 10-stage cross-flow extraction.•A new route for the crown ether system to achieve enrichment of 7Li in the aqueous phase.
