•Fe3O4-[BMIM][PF6] was formulated in tablet form for simultaneous determination pharmaceutical drugs.•DLLME procedures were screened by PB design and optimized through CCD design.•Volume, temperature of Fe3O4-[BMIM][PF6] and pH water sample plays synergistic effect on extraction of analytes.•The method impact on the environment was assessed by GAPI tool and AGREE metric score.
