摘要

•Fe doping enhances the super-exchange interaction of Cr/Fe-O-Cr/Fe.•TN increases to 343 K (above room temperature) when × = 0.6.•Tcomp increases with ×, which is due to the decrease of internal field HI.•HEB decreases with ×, consequence of the weakening of pinning of Cr/Fe3+ moments.
