摘要

•Asp-CDs with high singlet oxygen quantum yield were synthesized.•AS1411 aptamers were modified on the Asp-CDs for enhanced tumor targetability.•The Asp-CDs@AS1411 nanoplatform exhibited efficient photodynamic therapy.
