摘要

•TCG-SD formulation with sodium oleate and TPGS was successfully prepared using solvent evaporation method.•The SD8 formulation is improved the dissolution (%) and permeability of TCG compared to that of Brilinta®.•The SD8 formulation is well maintained the stability for 9 months.
