Oxygen vacancies in open-hollow microcapsule enable accelerated kinetics for stable Li-S battery

Open-hollow microcapsule with oxygen vacancies and Ni/NiO hybrids is used as host materials of anchoring sulfur. Chemisorption, physical confinement and catalyst effect accelerate kinetics and improve the electrochemical performance of Li-S battery synergistically.
