Rapid determination of isepamicin by using SERS based on BSA-protected AgNPs modified by α-Fe2O3

摘要
•Sensitive detection of isepamicin (ISE) by SERS based on α-Fe2O3/BSA@AgNPs.•The enhancements of four substrates on Raman signal of ISE were compared.•The enhancement of ISE Raman signal was contributed from both EM and CM mechanisms.•The SERS for ISE detection had much lower LOD, wider linear range and higher sensitivity.•This method achieved the detection of ISE in serum samples.
