Disaster Assessment in Humanitarian Relief Supply Chain: Application to the Moroccan context

The purpose of this paper is to develop and apply a new approach of disaster management which combine risk management tools with disaster management process in order to determine the critical disasters using the criticality as an indicator of evaluation in order to extract the disaster classes and recommend possible solutions. The implementation of the approach in Moroccan context as a case study prove the effectiveness of the model as a decision-making tool.
