摘要
•A novel Ti/CB@MXene anode was fabricated and used in AO.•This anode created valence band holes and accelerated the formation rate of •OH.•Ti/CB@MXene anode showed higher OEP and eliminated side reactions.•The favorable hydrophilicity surface prolonged the electrode life.•The contribution of all reactions was calculated, according to kinetics analysis.
