摘要

•Terpenoids were evaluated using UHPLC-ESI-MS in Phlogacanthus thyrsiflorus Nees leaf, flower, and root.•The identified terpeniods were Andrographolide, Neoandrographolide, 14- Deoxyandrographolide, Betulin and β- Sitosterol.•Andrographolide, Neoandrographolide and Betulin were highest in the leaf extracts.•β- Sitosterol was found high in root extracts.
