摘要
•Binding interaction between Ti3C2 QDs and trypsin was systematically investigated.•Ti3C2 QDs bound with trypsin and statically quenched its inherent fluorescence.•Ti3C2 QDs efficiently inhibited the enzymatic activity of trypsin on HSA digestion.•Ti3C2 QDs exhibited potentials in the diagnosis and therapy of serious protease-related diseases.
