Factual Testing on Multi-threaded Scheduling for Network Convergence Efficiency

With the rapid development of the Internet, we have entered the era of data explosion. In this new era, more mobile devices are connected to the network. In order to meet the requirements of data transmission, data can be transmitted through multiple links such as 4G/5G, WiFi, Ethernet, and satellite. However, in the face of a complex transmission environment, carrying out efficient multi-link data transmission is still a significant challenge. With the development of hardware technology, the emergence of multi-core processors has made a tremendous breakthrough in the data processing capability of processors. Nevertheless, multi-link transmission is based on allocating tasks and data transmission at the operating system level. Some software programs cannot support multi-threaded operations, resulting in low utilization of underlying hardware resources and high data transmission delay, affecting data transmission. Therefore, this paper uses a data processing and forwarding mechanism under the joint control of multi-threading. Considering the business in the industrial field, a network aggregation mechanism with higher energy efficiency is proposed, which can efficiently transmit data. Finally, factual indoor transmission experiments verify the efficiency of multi-thread scheduling on network convergence.
