A Novel Weak Component Identification Method for Complex Products Based on Multi-source Information

Since the traditional weak component identification method cannot meet the development requirements of high reliability, long lifetime and complex products, a novel weak component identification method based on multi-source information is proposed in this paper. By carrying out product failure data statistics, reliability simulation analysis, reliability test and reliability analysis, the weak components during the product application, simulation process, test process and analysis process were determined. And these various information sources of the product were comprehensively utilized to identify the weak components of the product. Considering a certain type of integrated circuit equipment control system as an example to analyze the weak components, the identification results were found to be consistent with the actual results, which indicated that the method had good accuracy and effectiveness.
