The Wireless Communication Method between Industrial robot and AGV based on SQLServer

In order to solve the problem of communication between industrial robot and AGV in SMT production line, we proposes a wireless LAN communication scheme based on SQLServer. According to the ADO.NET class library collection of database development provided by.net FrameWork SDK, realize the remote access and operation of SQLServer database. The wireless LAN data transmission system of industrial robot-sqlserver-agv is established. According to the calculation model of short TCP data flow transmission time, the transmission performance of the communication system is studied. The results show that the system can meet the real-time requirement of production line under normal network communication condition, which proves the effectiveness of this scheme.
