摘要
•Position-guided vibration separation is proposed for improving ptychographic imaging.•The approach exploits the position data recorded by interferometer during exposures.•The approach can greatly suppress sample random vibration effects on ptychography.•The approach is much better than mixed-state method in suppressing random vibration.•The approach can decrease stability requirements on ptychography instruments.
