摘要

•MIH and CHH full-length cDNA sequences are isolated from the eyestalk of the red deep-sea crab.•MIH and CHH neuropeptides in the sinus gland are measured.•Transcriptomic analysis of eyestalk at ovarian stages 1 and 3 find 28 neuropeptides.•Ten neuropeptides show their transcripts higher at ovarian stage 3 than stage 1.
