摘要

new diarylheptanoid, 3,4-dihydroxy-1,7-bis(4′ ,4′′-dihydroxyphenyl)-heptane ( 1 ), was isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Betula platyphylla. Its structure was established by spectroscopic analyses, including 1D and 2D NMR ( 1 H, 13 C, COSY, HMBC, and HSQC) and HR-ESI-TOFMS, and comparison with the data of known analogs.
