As an important link in logistics, warehousing management plays an important role in improving the overall service level of logistics. This paper applies digital twin technology to warehouse management, proposes and studies a warehouse management system based on digital twin. According to the bottleneck problems in the actual operation of warehouse management, the application requirements of the system are considered. Then, the system is finished by designing the overall architecture, planning functions and designing the operation mechanism. Finally, this paper designs and constructs the basic digital twin model of the whole operation process in the warehouse, especially the model of the picking path planning. As a result, the system realizes the digital twin model-oriented goods picking path plan and real-time interactive adjustment to form a dynamic interactive picking path optimization method based on digital twin. Based on this system, the actual operation of a warehouse is taken as an example to demonstrate the effect of the digital twin system in the actual picking operation, which proves that the system can reasonably improve the picking efficiency and the overall operation level of the warehouse.
