An Intelligent Management System of Shared Spaces Based on User Feedback

Considering the poor environmental comfort, low utilization rate, and a serious waste of resources in the operation of many shared spaces, this paper designed and implemented a green and intelligent management system for shared space, which can monitor and control the indoor environment and electrical appliances with communication technology, control principles, and architectural knowledge as the basis of the design. Based on the full consideration of the difference in comfort requirements of different user groups, an instant feedback system for user environment experience was designed, which can adjust the control strategy in time in accordance to user experience, thereby achieving the coupling effect of the feedback system and the environmental control system, improving the system control strategy and the environmental comfort, and actively responding to the call of China’s “dual carbon” strategic goal.
