摘要

•Keratinocytes and the extracellular matrix may be involved in the development of giant congenital melanocytic nevi.•Transcriptome analysis showed that PTGS2, EGF, and SOX10 were key genes.•Compared with adjacent normal skin tissues, PTGS2 and EGF were down-regulated and SOX10 was up-regulated in GCMN tissues.
