Nonmorcellation-associated Parasitic Leiomyomatosis Causing Intermittent Volvulus

We present a case of a 28-year-old nulliparous Caucasian female patient with recurrent colic pain in the left hemi-abdomen and intermittent episodes of vomiting. Furthermore, she was experiencing a recurrence of dysmenorrhea and heavy menstrual bleeding. Her history included 3 previous myomectomies without morcellation.
