摘要

•A paradoxical GH increase during OGTT can be seen in approximately one-third of patients with acromegaly.•The paradoxical response seems associated with a better response to SSA treatment.•The paradoxical GH response may be beneficial to predict the effectiveness of medical and/or overall treatment in acromegaly.
