摘要

•The temperature dependent solubilities of 18 active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates in 3 solvents are analyzed.•Thermodynamic models such as van’t Hoff and NRTL provide accurate solubility descriptions for the studied systems.•The regressed parameters of the van’t Hoff and the Wilson equation may elucidate the solution behavior.
