摘要
•Temporally-validated models built on less-granular but readily-available registry data perform equally good or better than model developed with higher-granular EHR data.•Models built on registry data showed the same transportability to a prospective COVID-19 population as model developed with higher-granular EHR data.•Readily-available registry data might be a valuable resource when a rapid response is needed.
