A GPS based Tracking System for Wildlife Safety

Nowadays, Wild Animals are becoming endangered due to accidents and human faults. In the Forest area, it is challenging to monitor the whole animal in the region and unable to watch the animal for an entire day. Any animal crossing the forest area during the non-monitoring time can cause trouble for the animals or cause vehicle accidents. In both cases, animals and humans will suffer. The only way to avoid this problem is to use a GPS tracking device to locate the animal's exact location and monitor the animals within a predefined area. If any animal crosses the predefined area, an alarm system alerts the human about the animal crossing the predefined area. By taking this method, the GPS tracking and alarm system have taken advantage of relevant technologies such as the GPS, IoT, Geofencing, API, Nodejs and Leafletjs.
