摘要
•Solid-state reaction between Fe and Ga nanolayers was investigated.•The first phase D03-Fe3Ga is formed at the Ga/Fe(001) interface at ∼ 375 °C.•Phase transformation at temperature ∼ 375 °C is assumed.•The magnetic properties of Fe100-xGax phases were determined.•The dewetting process takes place in samples above 600 °C.
