摘要

•Ethanol presented a better interaction in the ADH/TEMPO complex.•The electron flow seems to be optimized in the presence of TEMPO organic catalyst.•The organic catalyst with AldDH and ADH led to the complete oxidation of ethanol.•AldDH can oxidize ethanol when inserted into a biofuel cell system.•Our study open possibilities for multifunctional hybrid system in energy conversion.
