摘要
•A two-step scheme comprising laser texturing process followed by electrophoretic deposition stage was investigated to improve biocompatibility.•The formation of micro-groove was studied through normalized pulse overlap and micro-groove alloy with high precision was manufactured.•Graphene oxide was introduced onto micro-grooved TC4 substrate to promote cell adhesion and proliferation.
