摘要

•Variability across subtests within a cognitive battery increases with impairment.•With PP or OAP treatment, neurocognitive performance improves over 18 months.•Between 10 and 18 months, dispersion remained stable in the PP group.•However, in the OAP group, neurocognitive performance became more variable.•Dispersion may provide information distinct from mean MCCB composite scores.
