摘要
To discuss the value of the three vessel trachea view (3VT), the coronal section of the aortic arch and descending aorta (CS) and four-dimensional (4D) ultrasound spatiotemporal image correlation combined with high-definition live flow imaging mode (STIC-HD live flow) in the correct diagnosis and precise typing. To explore the diagnostic value of cMRI for fetal aortic branch abnormalities. A total of 180 pregnant women were included. Referring to the “Guidelines”, eleven standard views were scanned, focusing on 3VT view, adding CS, supplemented by 4D STIC-HD live flow technique. Among 180 cases, 33 fetuses underwent cMRI examination in the Radiology Department of our hospital within three days after the first ECHO examination. The diagnostic efficacy analysis is as follows: the 3VT+CS and US (3VT+CS+4D) ultrasound examination modes had the same consistency with the gold standard, which were both higher than 3VT examinations.it is clear that the best diagnostic efficacy of the three ultrasonographic modalities for fetal aortic arch branching anomalies is 3VT + CS and US (3VT+CS+4D), followed by 3VT. this shows that US+cMRI has the best diagnostic efficacy for aortic arch branch abnormalities, followed by US(3VT+CS+4D) and cMRI the least. US(3VT+CS+4D) is the first choice for the correct diagnosis and accurate typing of abnormal fetal aortic arch branches. Fetal cMRI is an important complementary tool for the diagnosis of fetal aortic arch branch abnormalities due to its advantages of large field of view, high soft tissue resolution, and unaffected by objective factors of pregnant women and fetuses.
