Precipitation behavior and its effect on the dynamic recrystallization of a novel extruded Al-Cu-Li alloy

摘要
•The dominant recrystallization mechanism gradually changed from DDRX to CDRX/GDRX with increasing temperature, decreasing strain rate and solid solubility of the alloy.•A lamellar grain nucleated was discovered in the 〈110〉 fiber during the R-cube transformation to copper, and its growth induced the GDRX.•Precipitation only affected the volume fraction of recrystallization and did not alter the recrystallization mechanism.•The coupling effect of DPN and solution strengthening in as-soluted alloys exhibited strong recrystallization resistance.
