Change in cancer-related fatigue over time predicts health-related quality of life in ovarian cancer patients

•Most ovarian cancer patients experience cancer-related fatigue (CRF) that remains present over time.•CRF is associated with worse functional and physical wellbeing.•Improved CRF is associated with better functional, physical, and emotional wellbeing.•CRF is not associated with change in social wellbeing.•Interventions should address CRF during active treatment and post-treatment to optimize HRQOL in this population.
